OUR MISSION

To enhance PES Energy Savings & Performance Contracts (ESPC). To provide Asset Management and Project Sustainability through the application and integration of advanced maintenance practices. The cornerstone of the PES program is Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), the goal of which is to maximize equipment efficiency, reduce life cycle cost and reduce premature equipment failure.
